S.A.T Woking started in 2022 and is taught by the chief instructor of the IAW Greg Willis.
The academy offers professional self-defence combat lessons to all adults in a safe, fun environment.
The classes are run inside the Fullbrook Sports Centre inside their fully mirrored studio facility.
S.A.T is open to all adults, you do not need to have had any previous martial arts experience or any particular level of fitness. Equally those that are experienced martial artists from other styles are also welcome to join and to find out more about this style. It will accompany your existing knowledge of any martial arts

What is S.A.T?
Adapted to our modern times, the S.A.T is a martial art which from the start trains applications from all areas of Self-Defence. I think it is imperative that everyone, even at the outset of S.A.T training, is given the opportunity to exercise a variety of applications to accelerate the acquisition of functional skills. What will I learn?
You will learn the essential self-defence skills needed to help you protect yourself and your family in a physical situation. You will gain in confidence as your skills and coordination builds. You will gain strength throughout your body and become mentally and physically resilient.
How much are the lessons?
Each class cost is £10 for 1.5 hours training.
Is there a free trial lesson?
Yes, every new student is entitled to their first lesson free at all of our academies.
What do I need to wear?
For new students arriving to their first lesson you need to simply wear comfortable sport clothing. Once you are happy with the class and would like to continue to train at the academy then S.A.T clothing is on offer to buy from the instructor.
Do I need to bring anything?
No, all you need to bring along for your first lesson is yourself and the willingness to learn. All equipment like pads and training weapons will be available to use.
How long are the lessons?
Each lesson is an hour and a half long
What time does the lesson start?
The lessons promptly at 7:00pm
